NIPPO Building Inc. and our group companies regard personal information as important and we think we should use it to serve better merchandise and services.

We recognize that personal information is defined as individual information and as identifiable information such as the following:

We get personal information lawfully and appropriately.
■3.The Purpose of the Use of Personal Information
We use personal information in the following our business activities.
(1) Provision of our merchandise, services, and after-sales services
(2) Business activities and procedures involved in (1)
(3) Improvements of our services
We do not use personal information without these purposes.
If we handle it against our rules, we explain the reason to our customers in order to make agreements.
However, the laws require it, we use it against our rules without customers' agreements.
■4.Use of Personal Information with Our Group Companies
We handle Personal Information with following our group companies:

(2)Sapporo branch of Nippo-tochi-tatemono Inc.
■5.Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
As a general rule, we do not provide Personal Information to any third party without customers' agreements.
However, in the following cases, we may provide it to a third party.
(1) Organizations for credit check of personal information (We and the organizations make an agreement for not leaking and protecting our customers' personal information.)
(2) when it is required by the law
We stop providing it to the third party when a customer require us to stop it.
■6.Safekeeping of Personal Information
We protect our customers' personal information and prevent the loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of it by the following measures.
(1) Ordinal measures against crime
(2) the establishment and abidance of the rules about personal information
(3) Making manual used in our company and abide it
(4) Appointment of the person in charge and making the team taking charge of personal information
(5) Education to our staffs about personal information
(6) Prevention of the computer hacking
■7.Release, Correction, and Elimination of Personal Information
When the customer offers us the following demands, we execute promptly.
(1) To release personal information
(2) Correction the contents of it
(3) To stop the usage or elimination of it
We meet our customers' demands said in (1), (2) or (3). In that case, customers need to show us his/her identification card with the face photo issued by government offices(for example driver's license or passport).
If the representative of the customer demands it, the representative need to submit us his/her own identification card, the letter of attorney with the registered seal and the document certifying that the seal is registered.
The customer is required to meet our staff.
If something with cost happens or the customer's demand needs special technical deal, he/she should pay the fee to us.
■8.Release and Correction of These Policies
We correct the contents of these policies if need be; we release it on our websites.
